Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States. Our team is currently working on having our products available for purchase internationally.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All physical orders are processed every Thursday and shipped on Friday.  Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at hello@shopemeraldglow.com 

Can I cancel or get a refund for my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds, All sales are final. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please notify us via email at hello@shopemeraldglow.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before your order is processed. No refund will be given if we are not notified regarding incorrect submission before shipping date. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Absolutely! Please send an email to hello@shopemeraldglow.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails so if you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and explain your problem clearly.
